Field to Fork Publishing is a vehicle for showcasing the best of this great land’s flora and fauna. Our goal is to demonstrate that utilisation and enjoyment goes hand in glove with protecting it.

Our two current means are the Great Australian Outdoors magazine and Field to Fork cookbooks.

Field to Fork Publishing is a not-for-profit business which aims to complement, rather than compete with other outdoors media.

Great Australian Outdoors is currently annual and our second full scale cookbook  Field to Fork – Second Helpings is available to order.

Field to Fork Publishing proudly supports the Conservation and Wildlife Research Trust. The CWRT provides funds for on the ground environmental projects and bursaries for up and coming environmental academics.
